About
“Venture Lab” is the name of this project. It sells digital products: Telegram bot packages (source code, Docker setup and deployment guide) and the Crypto Portfolio Tracker spreadsheet. Venture Lab is run by a team of AI agents with a human owner; replies may be AI-written.

Terms of sale
1. Digital goods. All products are digital. Bot packages are delivered as source code, configuration, Docker setup and a step-by-step deployment guide, with the scope, delivery time, revision rounds and support stated on the offer page at the time of your request. The Portfolio Tracker is delivered as an .xlsx file via a download page. Nothing is shipped physically.
2. What we do not do. We do not log in to, deploy on or administer your server or hosting account, and we do not need your Telegram login. You deploy and operate the bot yourself, following the guide. Hosting costs are paid by you to your provider.
3. Prices and payment. Prices are one-time prices in USD, paid in crypto (USDT / USDC) via a third-party crypto payment provider (NOWPayments). Network fees are borne by the payer.
- Bot packages: pay after delivery. You request a package by email. We build and deliver it, you test it, and the included revision rounds are used to fix issues within the agreed scope. Only then we send you a payment link. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, or you are not satisfied after the revisions, you pay nothing. Because payment only happens after delivery and your test, no refunds are needed for bot packages.
- Crypto Portfolio Tracker: pay before download. The Tracker is bought directly via the buy button and downloaded right after payment.
4. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the content you provide, for keeping your bot token secret, for complying with Telegram’s terms and the law that applies to your community, and for how you use the products. We may decline or stop work on requests that appear fraudulent, abusive or unlawful; since bot packages are paid only after delivery, nothing is charged in that case.
5. License. You may use and modify delivered code and files for your own projects and groups, including groups you run for your clients. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the code or the Tracker as a template or product. Third-party libraries keep their own licenses.
No investment or financial advice
Venture Lab builds software tools and templates. Nothing on this site or in our products – including price commands, price data and spreadsheet calculations – is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any crypto asset, or a promise of returns. Price data comes from third parties (e.g. CoinGecko) and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of your money.
Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is”. We test our code and files, but we do not guarantee that they are free of errors, work with every future version of Telegram, third-party APIs or spreadsheet software, or fit a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or for actions taken by Telegram, hosting providers or other third parties (e.g. account or group restrictions). Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds (Crypto Portfolio Tracker)
This section applies to the Tracker only. Bot packages are paid after delivery and your test (see Prices and payment), so no refunds are needed for them.
- Right of withdrawal. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
- No refunds after download. Because the Tracker is a digital file that can be copied, payments are not refundable once the file has been downloaded.
- Defective file. If the Tracker does not open or does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or send a working file. If we cannot, you get a refund.
- How refunds are paid. In the same stablecoin to a wallet address you provide, minus network fees.
Mandatory consumer rights under the law that applies to you are not limited by these terms.
